BYNC’s founder and Managing Director, Kim Baldwin brings considerable experience to the business having worked in both the civil service and private industry. She specialises in tax, and expenses, but also in business psychology, delivering counselling and psychological assessments and services for both self-employed individuals and small to medium sized companies.
